The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share the personal information you give us when you purchase a product from us. You can place an order by contacting us or directly through DivinePropsDesign.com and related sites.

 

THE INFORMATION WE USE

In order to fulfill your order, we need certain information (which you will fill in on the site and consent to it providing it to us). Such information is your names, email, address, payment details and details of the product you are ordering. You can also choose an option where you give us additional information (for example for custom orders), in which case you will need to contact us directly.

WHY WE NEED THIS INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT

We need this information in order to be able to provide you with our services - to fulfill your order, to respond adequately to a problem and to provide you with quality customer service.

In cases where you have provided informed consent that can be withdrawn at any time - such as consent to receive informational and/or promotional emails.

If necessary, to assist the Judiciary, the National Revenue Agency and the like, if they require information about your purchase from us through a legal process.

The information we receive from you is used in the interests (within the law) of our business as it will help us to develop, improve and perfect the services we provide to our customers.

1. Related Third Parties. Third parties are involved in our work process, for example the courier companies that actually deliver your order. For this to happen, we need to share with them the information they need.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal information is stored for the time necessary for us to provide you with our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please note that we need to comply with legal deadlines that require your information to be kept for a certain period of time in the event of problems and/or disputes, and to enforce our terms and policies of employment that you have previously accepted. In general, your data is stored for a period of up to 5 years.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

We may store and process your personal data through hosting services provided to us by third parties located in the United States. As a result, your personal data may be transferred to a country with a different privacy policy than ours. 3. COMPLAINT. If you are an EU resident and wish to make a complaint about how we use your personal data (without prejudice to your other rights), you have the right to do so by contacting your local data protection authority .

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day returns period, which means that once you receive your product, you have 14 days to return it to us if it doesn't meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the condition you received it in, unworn or used, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need a document proving the purchase.

To start a return procedure, you need to write to us at the email address info@divinepropsdesign.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return document with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent to us without prior request and subsequent return approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG SHIPMENTS

Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect it and contact us immediately in the event of a defective, damaged or wrong item. This will give us the opportunity to check and assist you in the shortest possible time.

 

EXCLUSIONS/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Some products cannot be returned. For example, custom orders (special orders and custom items). Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

 

REFUNDS

As soon as we receive and review the returned product, we will contact you and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your account within 30 working days. Please be patient and keep in mind the deadlines for processing bank transactions.
